Project Introduction

Overview

             Student Management System is a computer application created with the purpose of organizing and managing student information easily and digitally. With the use of the Student Management System, users can create, modify, and access student records including personal information, attendance, and academic records. Some of the key features of the Student Management System include the ability to add, view, edit, and delete student information using an easy-to-use interface. This computer application helps save manual effort and prevents errors in addition to providing accurate and secure data management.

Problem Statement

               The issue arises that in many schools, it is difficult for administrators, educators, and even managers to manage information about students in terms of their personal information, attendance records, and academic results manually through paper filing systems or even Excel files. Hence, mistakes will happen, data redundancy will occur, and the information will not only get lost, but it will take too much time to look for the required information.

Objectives

               The main aim of the project will be developing an efficient Student Management System that can successfully perform operations related to storing and managing student data using digital methods. The basic concept of the Student Management System is to facilitate operations related to addition, modification, access, and deletion of data related to students without involving any physical efforts and within minimum time possible. Also, the focus should be placed on working with accurate and structured data.

Proposed Solution

              It allows users easily add new Students records, view all Students details, update existing information and Delete records when needed. Additionally, the System include a search feature to quickly find student by their ID or Name, making data management faster and more efficient.
